Healthy Tote Insider’s Club-April Challenge-Get Healthy
We are excited to launch our first “Get Healthy” challenge in our Facebook Group “Healthy Tote Insider’s Club”. It’s spring and a new season. It’s time for a season of change. Read more about our challenge from our original Facebook post:
It's spring! It's a great time to take care of ourselves, right? I propose a little Get Healthy Challenge for April. We'll call it our HT Insider's Club April Challenge. (so original, I know :)) Here's how it will work.
First, we will set individual goals. We are all at different places in our lives. We all have different goals. So each person's goals will look way different. On a separate post (in a few days), we'll share a Nutrition Goal, Physical Activity Goal & Mental Goal.
Throughout the 30 days, we will motivate each other, share our struggles, and do our best to keep going and do what we set out to do.
Healthy Tote will randomly give out gifts and host challenges for those participating here in the Insider's Club. We'll give away a few lunch bags, water bottles and even a Healthy Tote at the end of the month.
All you have to do is stay committed to yourself for 30 days. At the end of 30 days, you will feel so good!
Invite your friends to our Facebook group and have them join us. The more support you have, the easier it will be to make healthy decisions.
Be on the lookout in the next couple of day for a post to share your goals. You've got 9 days to prepare. Go shopping-buy some healthy food. Rearrange your calendar and make time for physical activity. And go ahead and plan time with your friends. Your mind needs that time--it's just as important as your nutrition and physical health!
